Plantar Fasciitis
A 46 year old female presented with severe pain to her left heel and ankle reporting that it felt swollen and was unable to put any pressure whatsoever on the left heel for 10 days prior to coming to see me. She also stated that the right heel was also tender to walk on, but nowhere near as uncomfortable. The client reported that the pain increased first thing upon walking in the morning, and after prolonged periods of standing and walking resulted in an increase in pain to the affected areas.
